The deceased, identified as Ms. Fatumah Bbuye Nabiwemba, aged 47, was a State Attorney attached to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) at the headquarters in Kampala.
According to ASP Luke Owoyesigyire, the Deputy Public Relations Officer for Kampala Metropolitan Police, the incident was reported on the evening of 10th July 2025 at around 8:36 p.m. by Mr. Hamuza Kabanda, a driver at the DPP headquarters.
