Police in Kanungu District have arrested a private security guard accused of killing a prominent businessman and proprietor of Mutinisa Motors Uganda.

The suspect, Byaruhanga Hillary, 28, a guard attached to Don World Security Limited, is alleged to have shot dead Anthony Mutinisa, 53, on Sunday evening before fleeing the scene with the victim’s vehicle.

According to police, the stolen car, registration number UA 769 BQ, was later recovered in Katwe Cell, Kihihi Town Council during a follow-up operation.
