The crown found its new home on Saturday night, September 20, as 22-year-old aviation graduate Elle Trivia Muhoza was gracefully crowned Miss Uganda 2025/26 at a dazzling grand finale hosted at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel.
The ceremony was a radiant celebration of beauty, culture, and ambition—lit up by unforgettable performances from Aziz Azion and Tracy Melon, and praised as one of the fiercest competitions in recent pageant history.
Finalists embodied elegance, intellect, and charisma, reminding the nation that the Miss Uganda crown is more than a title—it is a mantle of purpose.
Among the top winners, Faith Kirabo emerged as 1st runner-up, while Agatha Drakes Keine secured the 2nd runner-up slot. The night also celebrated excellence through special awards: Rebecca Akampulira (Miss Talent), Bathsheba Gift Namugga (Miss Personality), Aminah Nalubega (Miss Popularity), and Patricia Nairuba (Top Model).
Upon her coronation, Muhoza pledged to dedicate her reign to empowering single mothers, particularly those who have endured domestic violence. Her advocacy blends seamlessly with her professional dreams in aviation—signaling a queen ready to soar both in service and in career.
She succeeds Natasha Nyonyozi, whose autism awareness campaign won her the continental title of Beauty With a Purpose Overall Winner for Africa at Miss World 2025.
Expectations now rest high that Muhoza will carry Uganda’s torch of inspiration even further on the global stage.
With grace in her step and resolve in her voice, the new queen promised: “My reign will be about transformation, courage, and hope for women who need it most.”
Uganda’s beauty crown, once again, shines with purpose.
