Mr. Henrie Quits Galaxy FM After Eight Years

Popular radio and television personality Arinaitwe Henry, widely known as Mr. Henrie, has announced his departure from Galaxy FM and Galaxy TV after nearly eight years at the station.

In a heartfelt statement to his fans, whom he affectionately calls Bazzinyi and Bakonkonyi, Henrie described Galaxy as more than just a workplace, referring to it as his “home, family, and the heartbeat of his career.”

“Galaxy has been my second home, but it’s time for me to chase new dreams and pursue new goals,” Henrie noted. “I will always cherish the journey, the friendships, and the platform that gave me a voice.”

Henrie expressed deep gratitude to the management of Galaxy FM & TV for trusting him not only as a presenter but also with leadership responsibilities in the station’s PR department.

He credited their mentorship and support as instrumental to his growth both on and off the microphone.

To his fans across Uganda and beyond, Henrie said he owed much of his success to their loyalty and engagement.

“You made me Uganda’s number one radio presenter, and together we created countless memories, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Every cheer, every call, every interaction shaped me into who I am today.”

The celebrated media personality hinted at a fresh start, signing off his statement with: “With God being my guide, it’s time to focus on new ENERGY. Once a Muzzinyi, Always A Muzzinyi.”

Mr. Henrie’s next career move remains under wraps, but his departure marks the end of an era for Galaxy FM and its listeners who have followed his vibrant shows for nearly a decade.
