Russia’s Putin Congratulates Museveni on Re-election, Pledges Support for Bilateral Cooperation

Russian President Vladimir Putin has extended his congratulations to President Yoweri Museveni following his re-election as President of the Republic of Uganda, expressing hope for strengthened cooperation between the two countries.

In a letter addressed to President Museveni, President Putin said:
